Anyone use collagen supplements?

Do they work for you? Been using myself for around 3 months, no reduction in fine lines and no noticeable reduction in sore joints. Not sure if I should continue using or stop and assume it's a scam.

You need type 2 for joints and also need to double the dosage if you're not a twink. Started taking collagen a while back, it was one of the only supplements that helped with my knee cartilage issue. Since then I've moved on and get better benefit from bone marrow and glycine.

been taking beef gelatin powder for little over a year, mainly for joints and general health benefits like extra source of protein, magnesium etc but also feel like it helps improve my skin glow and nails, my joints feel great usually since I been taking it. I take at least 3 tablespoons/day and sometimes sprinkle extra on food

great lakes collagen has a beneficial amino acid profile. i use it in place of protein powder.
