Havnt paid rent in 3 months now srs *misc lawyers and landlordcels gtfih*

My unit is uninhabitable due to a sewage back up in my shower that fills the tub with dirty ass sewage water then drains it

They’ve had 6 plumbers come already, they said I have to move out in order for them to fix it

They violated a city ordinance about keeping a unit habitable, mind you my heat wasn’t working for a month too. So by state law they broke the lease

I already sent them notice of repair and notice to withhold rent a month or so ago

There’s no property to rent in my area, looks like I have to stay here a couple more months

The property manager said they might take me to court if I don’t leave and i literally said please do you guys will be committing financial suicide if you do

She said she will get back to me how much I should pay for a unit that’s uninhabitable

I paid $15 for each month so by law I have paid rent

I have an attorney on call that’s sued this property management before already 6 times and they also have a class action lawsuit going against them so whenever they decide to start an eviction process I’m prepared. I literally named their entire legal team and they were in shock

But these people are TRASH it’s managed by a bunch of astronauts i dare them to take me to court I will sue them for my entire lease plus damages

Nobody will ever cuck me I don’t lose I only win I will rip these peoples faces off for having me sign a lease to a brand new unit and 2 months later it’s a LEMON

They came unannounced two months ago to check my heat and see the shower I had my rifles and pistols out and everything cause I was cleaning them so no way would they try to lock me out or intimidate me in anyway.


Tbh they really don’t care it seems like I don’t know why they havnt tried to evict me yet

Edit: they offered to give me back my security deposit if I moved out December 31st but I couldn’t

They also said they can move me into a different unit but it’s a down grade and I said no

I also forgot to mention I did pay rent but I disputed all the charges for the past 3 months after my attorney told me to not pay

Why not move into that other unit temporarily, then move back when it's fixed? Not sure what you're getting out of this whole deal.

thats not an option they told me I have to move out or goto another unit it can’t be temporarily

After seeing how they are I don’t wanna live here anymore I’m going into a sky rise with an elevator for 60 dollars more a month

We’ll I don’t have a place to go so I can’t move out now

I literally have video proof of so many ordinances being violated

If they take me to court my attorney is going to destroy them

He cost me 2000 bucks if we goto court and he said they have to pay for my court costs so I’ll get that 2k back plus damages

I'd negotiate cash for keys. If they want you out so badly, make them pay for it. Six months rent plus moving expenses is usually a good start.
