Misc recommend me Salad dressing SRS
The only HNNGHH Salads I've had have been from fancy restaurants. This restaurant in Toronto had a salad that was basically Arugula, Baby spinach, Filo pastry, feta and some oniony-garlicy vinaigrette. Was fkn HNNGGHHHHHHHH. Probably not too hard to recreate. Minus the pastry sheet I can't see that being more than 150 cals.
Homemade or store bought. Obv low cal is a must.

I literally just make my own: olive oil, lemon juice, a bit of salt and call it done

Salads are very simple
If you want it to taste like a restaurant you probably need to
- use VERY fresh ingredients... Greens are obviously the most important thing... fresh herbs vs dried herbs is a noticeable difference usually
- seasoning... Most people underseason or don't do it at all
- balance... Most people don't think of adding a little sweetness to balance salt, acid to balance fat, etc
- presentation... You start eating with your eyes and nose
