When I buy a 2 liter of orange soda, and binge drink it for 2 days, I get mouth sores so bad it's hard to believe it's even possible.

Cliffs: eliminate citrus/acidic food, and you'll be fine.

I got canker sores when I was a kid and early in adulthood. Now I haven't for years. Not sure what changed. Maybe it's because I eat a better diet.

Yeah I get them on tongue after huge drinking binge and chitty food / sleep. Generally when not taking care of body.
