With a background in mathematics and actuarial science you're a good candidate assuming you went to a good school and have good grades.
Depending on your current experience get an analyst job and move into being an associate in valuation work for M&A transactions. You actuary background will help you hear once you learn the basics and your prowess in math will help you stand out on some of the more complex transactions.

Also, depending on the company and industry, sales can be a bro culture for sure. As well as large law firms. You could go to law school and with your undergrad background focus on getting into M&A and business transaction law which can often be bro culture because you work with a lot of bankers and lawyers that tend to be ambitious type A personality folks.
