Leanest I've ever been. Rate old physique /10

This was a few years ago when I decided to compete. I still don't think I have the right proportions to compete. I also didn't like being under 180lbs

Your elbows (and fists) should be putslightlyforward (in) of your delts. Arching your back too much by retracting your scapulae makes your lats look narrower. (consciously avoid pulling the shoulder blades together toward the spine.)

Flex your musclesgentlyand try to posenaturallyin arelaxedmanner. Then your lats have a filed day.

The keywords here are,slightly, gently, naturally, and relaxed.



You have a mass, shape, and definition. In my book, you are already there.
