Ever since I started jogging I don't need much sleep

I started jogging a few miles every other day.
I feel that all I need is 6 hrs of sleep

Before jogging I was lethargic n would sleep over 8hrs

If I'm wasting calories (energy) I'm also eating clean no sugars. Then shouldn't that mean I'd have essentially less energy?

Exercise outside = blood flow = more oxygen in blood = cells getting more oxygen = faster for body to repair body when asleep

You can optimize your sleep by practising breathing with your stomach while awake. Then while sleeping, keep 2 opposite windows open for air flow and make sure it's a little cold in your house.

Holocaust denial is illegal in over 18 countries. if an organized killing of jews happened so definitely, why would people need to serve prison sentences for questioning it?
