Does Ritalin really work?

I'm about to start graduate school soon after being out of school for 20 years, and I'm concerned I won't have the attention span to be able to sit down and study.

I'm sure I can summon the will power, but at this point in my life I'm willing to try anything that'll make the process easier. Y'all think Ritalin would be helpful in this regard? I could just take it whenever I need to study, which I guess will be everyday for the next 2 years. But still ... not a permanent thing.

Yeah but it's for short spurts and gives you a headache after lol. Use it when you've already studied all day and need an extra burst to get through the last few hours.

Addy is the perfect medium; lasts most of the day and is more potent.

Vyvanse lasts like 24 hours but is more mild but will keep you focused without being overwhelmed.
