Too Skinny and probably a 4/10 face without makeup.
The only reason anyone would even consider above average is because how incredibly hideous, obese, tattooed, and non white most women in the US are these days.

She's hot for sure, but 10/10 is a stretch.

I'd give her a 8-8.5/10. Tattoos in visible areas takes away some. I give her an 7.5-8/10 if her eyebrows are super fake looking, or 8-8.5/10 if natural looking... can't tell really from photos IMO. She has that skinny model look, barely any muscle though but that's how I like it anyway.

The fact that she's 6' though automatically puts her into 6/10 turf. She's taller than me lol, and I'm not a fan of dating someone taller, I'm sure she wouldn't want to date someone shorter either. If she were 5'7 or shorter things would change though.

Others pointed out the jaw line, I think it's kinda cute, but it is a tad bit on the masculine side for me, reminds me of this guy.
