Anyone Starting To See These Stickers On Cars More Often Now?

Like nearly 3 or 4 out of 10 cars would have some anime sticker on it.

Just seen these at the gym:




What is the appeal to them? I bought a couple of those anime figures that were of half naked bunny rabbit girls to flip for profit. But I can't even find where these characters are from since it is all in Japanese.

I typically see the stickers more so on Honda civics, Subaru STI's, FRS and BRZs.
