Giving up pursuing women

I've been on no fap / semen retention for like 2 months now and I feel like it's really been changing everything for me.

Lately I've been unfollowing a bunch of IG thots cus I just think it's getting lame to thirst.

Also, have stopped chasing women cus I realized it was just energy that could be put towards better things.

Anyone else?
