Mine's on her third pregnancy niw and she was already 100% positive she was pregnant before doing a test just from how her body felt, but I guess all sloots are different. Only false positive we had was an HIV test which is apparently somewhat common in pregnant women.

I'm sure you already have it covered but be a little extra supportive for your wife. My wife and I lost a baby (stillborn @9 months) the next pregnancy was completely normal but extra stressful for her.
