Can’t stop daydreaming

I was so focused a while ago but a girl came along. Can’t stop thinking about her srs. I constantly make up imaginary scenarios with me, her and other people in it. I listen to some music and legit spend hours ‘daydreaming’. How dafuk do I stay focused brahs? Was even daydreaming in the gym yesterday.
