About $350.

In all srsness though, 2 weeks pay per year of work, plus unused sick and vacation days. Thats why i didnโ€™t take any vacation days when i thought they were coming. My boss even tried to tell me to take a vacation to โ€œrecharge the batteriesโ€ but i knew better since i heard the rumors months before.

This is the U.S. standard, but companies actually aren't obligated to give any severance to a regular at-will employee. Most elect to do so for public relations purposes. It also works differently if you have an actual contract with your employer.
