Fresh - crisp, snappy nutritional nirvana
Reheated - limp and lifeless as Mr Bourbon Jr after being enthusiastically polished off by a group of female miscers
Meal prep bros, got any veggies that don’t go to chit on reheat?

What about steamed? I can eat steamed broccoli all day long. Add in some lemon and butter and you're good to go.

Pop it under the broiler for a couple minutes.
Microwaved, reheated broccoli is probably always going to be wet slop.

Cooked it too much to start with.
I cook mine lightly in a skillet with a bit of oil. Warm but still crispy. never steam veggies, they always sucks that way. fried or roasted is the only way to make them taste good. I eat them daily now and never ate them before doing it this way.
When its reheated next day its still crispy.

I actually like my cooked broccoli to be cooked to the point of being completely soft. If I wanted it hard I’d eat it raw. Actually I prefer all my cooked vegetables like that, can’t stand when that **** is still crunching after being cooked.

Best way I found to make broccoli; put on metal baking pan, spray butter flavored no stick cooking spray on tops (florets), salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder. Good with parm cheese too, but wait a bit to put that on or it burns too. The cooking spray prevents the tops of the broccoli from burning. They get soft, but have a slight crunch on the florets.
