Exactly,this is why I’m staying obese . If your doing cardio after getting the clot shot , your playing Russian roulette .
Abstain from activities that increase your HR a lot , or suffer the consequences.

If you see the people dropping dead post clot shot , they all seem to be athletes in their prime .
CNN : nothing to see here , safe and effective

I think im ok, even though im a fatcel my resting HR is usually no higher than 70 but usually around 55-60.
