Is 100 millions enough to retire with ? SRS

I'm 35 but I worry about if it will be enough or not...Costs of goods are rising fast etc.

Should I continue to work and make an extra 50 mil and wait 5 years ?

Thanks

There are yachts that cost 100 million, and throw in the maintenance costs, and if you didn't want to be poverty you'd also have a private jet. So no 100 million is basically broke status.

You might be able to make it if you live like Gordon though, and only go to planet fitness and Publix everyday.

There's islands that cost $600m+ in Hawaii srs. Then you need millions more for some projects, boats on each beach/coastline, etc. How can you possibly retire without having your own property? smfh

On a more serious note, if you live in Florida you only need like $2-3m to retire early, assuming you invest most of it, and foresee only needing to burn like $100k a year.

Well you have a point on that one.

When Taco Bueno first started their party menu [small items for a small price] everything was .39. I think there might have even been a 3/$1 deal.

I ordered 2 items of the party menu which is now $1.69 per item.

I promise that they didn't make the food any bigger. It did have chicken inside the tortilla at least.

The lid is the top of one of the little salsa containers.

I still think OP has good odds of making it in retirement on $100 M. At least for now.
