The biggest evidence for me is our timeline.

Currently, anyone reading this is alive in the MOST comfortable timeline for humans (or really any animal) to have ever walked this earth, and JUST before the dawn of AI/AGI strong enough to create technology and simulations for life.

Like truly. Animals have been around for what... over a billion years? They all lived relatively hard lives. You just happen to be a human in a temperature controlled comfortable environment with tons of easily accessible entertainment, food, clean water, crazy technology, medicine, etc.

100 years from now and it would be obvious that everything can be a simulation. We'll have the technology for that in about 50 years, or possibly less.

You happen to be alive JUST in the perfect ~50 year timeline out of hundreds of millions of years.


It's either a simulation, or, we're just super lucky, almost lotto winners of when we're born.
