WTF is up with sweatpants/joggers being like $100 a pop these days?

Every time I see a nice pair of gym joggers or gym shorts on instagram they're like $80-$100. Who tf is paying these prices for sweatpants?

I usually go with the Adidas Tiro 17/19/21/23 pants. They're around the same price and fit well but have limited styles.
