Why do Asians get discriminated in school admissions?

Harvard is getting sued now. Asians weren't the "discriminators" in American history. Why do they get discriminated against?

Because of 'equity.' Equity means equal results. It's essentially communism, but with class replaced by race. Individuals are fundamentally defined by their race, not their individual character.
Thus an individual Asian being deserving doesn't matter. He must suffer because he is a member of a group that, on average, does well.
If all of this sounds tremendously racist... It is.
