Easy hacks to consume vegetables quickly / painlessly?
Eating veggies is lame.
I just blended a bunch of frozen peas and water and just drank it. Was actually pretty good. Gonna do this more as it’s easier than wasting time eating peas.
Sometimes I eat handfuls of spinach.
Any other ideas ? Fruits are easy as I just put them in my morning shake

You can get pastas that are made from veggies. But read the back ingredients cause most are scams that are wheat with barely any veggies.
Get lentil or chick pea pasta, spinach etc.
And those gross ass v8 drinks.

Just get a rice cooker that has a steam basket on top. Inliterally steam carrots, broccoli, zuchini etc whatever else while the rice is cooking.

I like oven baked broccoli with a little salt and pepper. Bake about 15 minutes for 350 or until it’s your preferred crunchiness. Then throw it in a bowl with some shredded bacon. An entire bag of broccoli is like 250 cals…with the bacon 350. A complete diet hack and fuggin delicious. Gettin shredded as we speak.
Easy cleanup too. Just tinfoil on baking sheet…throw sheet away when done. Boom…no pots and pans to clean.

If you're looking to improve your health, I'd stay away from anything frozen or stored for long periods - always buy fresh stuff.

Make risotto. Just throw any veg and dead animal that you have lying around in a pot with rice, water and whatever spice/seasoning you want.
Screw nature; my body will do what I DAMN WELL tell it to do!

Mixed green salad with your own dressing: olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, don't be shy with seasonings. Add onion, chopped up apples, lots of shredded cheese, some walnuts. Avocado, tomato if you have any. Broccoli if you don't mind it. A little pesto can go a long way too.
And there are lots of green powders that taste decent. Mix them in a pint of water, chug down.
