Feet going numb 2miles into my 4 mile run

So I finally have my cardio back to a decent point boyos but I'm running into an issue as well as a little bit of shin splints. My feet will randomly start going numb both left and right feet 2 miles into my run. I have tried everything except different shoes. any idea what it is boyos?
