do you guys have people in ur life that u call every day or multiple times a week srs

whether it be friends or family. do u guys have even one person (can be more) that u just text or call every now and then and you just shoot the schit? i have people around me that i am sure care about me but i am never in contact with them multiple times a week or every day. sure, we hang out every now and then but i never find myself getting so close to these people that we just talk about life and how are week/month is going srs. is this normal? i am a fairly private person when it comes to sharing my life with others so maybe that is why but am i alone in this or do other people experience this too? srs tag is srs

I used to call my ex girlfriend pretty much every night for an hour ( when we weren't together )

Looking back it was a mistake to be that available, got too comfortable

This. Im a painfully extroverted person. Have one friend who's like the sister i dont have who i talk to all the time. Several nights a week ill also go up to the brewery near my house where there's a decent size set of regulars.

Same...and that friend is my brother lol

I've made a lot of friends over the years. Roommates I lived with or co-workers that I formed somewhat of a brotherhood with but we don't talk after we're not around each other anymore.
