I've watched a bit of Lakers ball this season... not a fan by any stretch, but ho lee fukk Westbrook is atrocious. Dude runs full spring and just lobs or bullets passes wildly off-target straight to the defense half the time. Often right when Lakers are starting to get some momentum. Absolute addition by subtraction here.

Got mad at Russ that he had the audacity to care about winning a game when a Leflop had a record to chase

This is the best Pelinka coulda pulled out his ass. DLo and Malik are solid role players.

All things considered, LeWorstGM should stick to ball though. The Beatles Heat was the last good thing he did.
Do not think that what is hard for you to master is humanly impossible; and if it is humanly possible, consider it to be within your reach.

I trash Pelinka alot cause he deserves it...... This might be the first trade where he actually did a good job. I'm honestly shocked that he did it with Danny Ainge who is known for fleecing the fuk out of guys in trades

I'm gonna assume there's some *wink wink* deal between the 2 FO from now on to help out the other in the future because of this.. really doesn't make a ton of sense for Ainge to not want that 2nd pick

That 2017 Cavs team was by far the best team he's ever played on and it's not close.... They just so happened to run into the best team of all time

Shocked Pelinka made a good trade

Good things happen when you let the GM do his job, instead of the owner or your star player (the 2 people who wanted Westbrook).

He has been so far. Gave up far too much for AD (but it worked out), has been terrible at the smaller contracts that have wasted the Lakers $$ and valuable draft compensation that could have been used as future trade assets, let players on expiring contracts walk for nothing instead of trading them to get value back, etc. etc.

Lol if you think Jeanie Buss is letting Rob Pelinka do the job solo without input from other people she "trusts".. She's still listening to Magic Johnson, Kurt and Linda Rambis, Phil Jackson, her brother, and probably Jay Mohr just as much as she listens to Pelinka.

Sure, but Lakers are still in 13th place in the West at the current moment. Can they make it to the playoffs, were they ever prepared to make it into the playoffs? I really could not care less about LeBron's stats, I just want to see the Lakers ball out and gets these Ws. We have what we need now, some decent pieces. Now it's up to LeBron and AD to make them fit, and roll into a winning spot in the West

If LeBron wins a fifth with the Lakers then I'll consider him a top GOAT for sure. But if he fails, his tenure with the Lakers is kind of whatever tbh

Yeah I'm with you I really want to see them get in. It's only a few games, limited time to do it but they have a chance. And they can do some damage in the playoffs. Not sure they beat dallas/phoenix but they have a shot

Right on the money. Let's see you get that 5th ring with this squad Rob just put together. Or will LeBron squander it completely?

Yes because the expectations for 38 year olds are that they should be able to carry their team. Just look at Kobe and MJ in their final seasons right? lol

I mean he says he is the Greatest, why would people expect anything less?! If you're the greatest like you claim you can do anything no matter what. Just lol @ bringing up excuses for bron. Be cocky back up the talk don't lose games but break records and sit down when you break them. Selfish and wack as fukk

Just lol @ the sad state Basketball is in right now. It's just you guys that defend him blindly lol.. Absolutely nobody in real life or everywhere I go thinks Lebron is better than MJ. Lebron just isn't that dude and i'm glad this is just limited to you guys and the random retard on instagram

Carry? Lebron has had many good teammates over the years as well and still managed to get 4 out of 10 yikes

i lol'd when they interviewed him back in 2020 and he said he's carrying a load on his shoulders.. when it was his team playing well together + AD having true impact playing at a top level

As a Laker fan I would love that actually, I cheer for bron when he takes shots and puts in effort. I still think he is valuable to the team. But knowing Bron, seeing who he is as a player over the years, idk if he can actually do it, TBH
