Colorado trying to ban “assault” weapons

Looks like I’m moving to Texas. Will this **** not get fought hard and struck down by the Supreme Court?

Such potato logic. What type of weapon isn’t an “assault weapon”.

Weapons are used for assaulting - that’s why they’re literal deterrents.

Im all for the right to bear arms. But there's a few question marks that I think needs to be answered.

1st, yes, guns are a deterrent, but they are also the chosen tool of choice to kill, over a knife or a car. There's no denying that the media over sensationalize the gun. So how do you address this? You don't see gangbangers flashing kitchen knives to intimidate other rival gangs.

I think the real question is this, do people kill people, or do guns make people more likely to kill people, because of oversensationalizing firearms?
