I couldn't get hard during sex

I'm not on any medication or anything and nofapped for like a week or two weeks prior. I just couldn't get hard at all. She was really trying her best and in my mind everything was hot as fuk but my dick just didn't work. She said to me it was not that big of a deal and would see me again, but I have been struggling with it the past couple days srs. Am feeling like chit srs. I don't know why this has happened. If you know you're banging a chick anytime soon do not touch yourself (within a week)

The underlying issue though is probably anxiety problems

I would talk to your doctor about it and see if they can prescribe you something to handle your anxiety a bit better

Anxiety kills your boners, and dudes get anxiety/overthink when trying to **** girls, they get in their heads and then can't get it up

and it seems like since you have had this issue for years, that every time you might get with a chick, you think about this chit beforehand and **** yourself over and get anxious

Yeah I think so, never know 100% of course, but we're still messaging each other.

It could def be anxiety related srs. I normally don't have that at all but with this chick it is different.
