Neither, one looks over cooked and basic, I don't even think it was season. The other has some mystery sauce on it, and may be just as over cooked

You have to cook fish delicately or else it dries right up and gets tough.

That crust on the 2nd fish... its not steak brah. Why would you sear it like that? Its one thing to crisp the skin and another to sear a leather strip and over cook your salmon.

Ill take johnnydeeps salmon easily.
