Think I got VAIDS via shedding

Cliffs

-wasnt sick for 5 years, no colds, no covid, nothing
-Raw'ed jabcel sloot for 6 months (jan-july last year)
-was sick for over 2 weeks in December (full symptom range of RSV or similar), coughed goo another 2 weeks after.
-was just sick again for almost 2 weeks (very light on symptoms), still coughing goo.
