We don't tip in Aus and there is no expectation of it. And for the rare times we do it's always 100% cash. Like a jar at the bar that says TIPS to put loose change in.

Biden is really making ammo for 2024 for the GOP. I hope in the debates he is directly asked why he is going after the little people. All those IRS agents are going to cost a fortune to pay, and will not be able to recover their net worth.
