Toys from your childhood
Zoids 2 was a TOMY line of Zoids released in Europe and Asia in 1994. The line was given a comic-book backstory loosely based on (but not a continuation of) the UK Zoid comic, with the Zoids invading Earth and humanity's last hope being to turn the Zoids back against each other.
Here I have Claw, the Shield Liger-

Weight: 92 tons
Height: 9m
Max speed: 250 kph
Weapons: Laser sabre (2), strike claw (4), anti-zoid 3 barrel shock cannon, pop out type missle pod (2), AMD Double-Barrelled 20mm Beam Cannon and Anti-Zoid 30mm Double-Barrelled Beam Gun.

this is a modern version, but over here each kid in school got a ball like this once a year
