Something going on I've read some twitter stuff about it going critical or something?

are you mistaking this for the train derailment that sent vinyl chloride into the atmosphere?

This.

The train derailment appears to be very bad. A lot of very toxic stuff has been released into the air and has spilled on the land and into the Ohio river. It is bad enough that there are multiple stories of reporters being forcibly removed from the area, people not being allowed to return to their homes, and I read they shut down their usual water supply from the river and are using some alternative water source.

Critical is what you want. Super-critical, or in the Chernobyl case sub critical followed by a huge super-critical surge is what you don’t want.
