For a miscer who is very hungry, a classic McDonald's order could include:

Big Mac: A classic burger with two beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, and onions on a sesame seed bun.
Large Fries: McDonald's fries are a popular and tasty side dish to go along with the burger.
10-piece Chicken McNuggets: Crispy and delicious chicken nuggets are a great addition to the meal.
Large soft drink: To wash it all down, a large soft drink like Coke or Sprite could be a good choice.

Last few times I got 20 chicken McNuggets and a Monster from the Gas Station. For some reason Chevron/McDonalds combos are popular where I live we have 3.

Legit only go to McDonalds when I have a long drive and intend to eat in the car. Last time I went was when I had a 90 minute drive to my Aunts in Elk Grove for thanks giving

They have some deal I'd buy Big Mac and get a 10 piece nugget for a dollar.

I'd get that with drink and fries for roughly $10.
