A Texan Super Bowl Meal

2” ribeyes, homemade chimichurri, lobster Mac and cheese and rustic garlic mashed potatoes.

Threw in some Snoop Dogg Cabernet. Perfect medium rare.

There is a srs sear on the smaller two, less sear on the large ribeyes but I dried off the cast iron and got enough. It’s there trust me

Lol at baking steaks. You would orgasm tasting this steak
