Anyone ever get really bad gas pains from jerking one out?

Lately I keep getting gas pains if I do this. Is it over for me, should I see a doctor?

This. Sounds like a clear case of gasjerkenteritis. Prescription is accurate. I have an M.D. from Harvard.
