About a month ago I ate steak (ribeye porterhouse) for over a week straight. always cooked medium-rare. garlic, salt, butter.

first few days it was ok but now can't even think about it. legit grossed out. still have a ribeyes in my freezer I thought I would have eaten. really starts to get gross.

lesson learned.

When I don’t eat it as often I like medium rare. When I eat it 3+ times a week I like it closer to medium. No idea why
