Besides OPGenesis. who's on the Nikki Haley 2024 train?

Nikki Haley, a former governor of South Carolina and United Nations ambassador, announced Tuesday she was entering the 2024 presidential race, making her the first Republican to challenge her former boss and ex-President Donald Trump for the Republican nomination.

Haley, 51, dug into the difference in ages between 80-year-old President Joe Biden and her challenger Trump, who’s 76. While Biden hasn’t formally announced his candidacy, he’s expected to do so in the coming weeks.

“Republicans have lost the popular vote in seven out of the last eight presidential elections. That has to change,” Haley said in a video posted to her Twitter account. She called for a new generation of leaders, saying Biden’s record was “abysmal” and that the “Washington establishment has failed us over and over and over again.”

In announcing her run a day before she’s scheduled a formal campaign launch in Charleston, South Carolina, Haley called for fiscal responsibility and secured borders.

I don't know much about her, but I know OPG has high standards and good moral values. If she's palatable to him, there is probably something there.

I know some relatives of mine that live in SC thought well of Haley when she was governor of SC.

My thinking is that Ron DeSantis has the best chance of winning in a general election. That is who I'd like to see as the GOP candidate. Of the little I know wouldn't be upset if Haley became the surprise GOP candidate though.

I have lived in SC almost my entire life and she is well liked here. She was a good governor here. She is a little bit of an establishment type in my opinion even though she hasn't spent that much time in Washington. She is definitely a professional politician.

Of the SC people I would prefer Tim Scott but not sure he has the name recognition to be as electable as Haley.

She’s been prepping her run for years with all of the usual big club donors getting involved. She is basically the female version of Paul Ryan. Certainly not my brand of republican when it comes to the economy, foreign affairs, rooting out govt corruption, etc.

This. She did good enough as a governor here, but on a federal level would be about as neocon as you could be. I’m sure her time at the UN only made her more globalist as she will sell out for whatever helps her financially or from an image perspective. Sure there are some good things there, but not enough to overshadow the bad when it comes to running a country.

Nikki Haley is known for her intelligence and also honesty and positive track record without making many enemies. Kamala Harris has none of those attributes. Not a valid comparison.

that stupid bitch made it illegal to criticize Israel in SC... Why is the governor of a state worried about Israel? what a joke.
imagine your governor made it illegal to criticize China, then people would have a problem with it i guess?

we don't have corruption in america, because we just call it lobbying. If you have enough money you can violate the people's rights.

i know , its the same with cuck desantis, but how ridiculous this is on its face and its not more talked about is beyond me.

She’s about as far from trump as possible on the Republican ticket. She wanted an appointment for her resume, and quickly bailed so she could be groomed by the neocon crowd for a future run. She is Paul Ryan and mitt Romney with boobs.
