What are Some Simple and Healthy Recipes You all Make For Food (srs)?

Title. I'm a terrible cook and mostly just throw stuff into an instant pot/air fryer and then douse it in some sauce to make it edible or just make smoothies. Outside of smoothies, I mostly just try to make some type of meat and a veggie/pasta for most of my proper meals.

I'm wondering if there's a more efficient way to make slightly more flavorful food that's still really easy to prepare and healthy to eat. I'm not a huge foodie, but it wouldn't hurt to get better at this. I spend a lot of time meal prepping anyway, so why not get better at it?

Risotto.

Throw rice, veggies and meat/poultry/fish all in the same pan with whatever kind of spice/seasoning you like (it could be as simple as a stock cube and garlic).

20-30 mins start to finish and it only uses 1 pan.

Kind of depends. I like good food and will make some decent recipes. However for the most part I will bulk make a meat on Sunday night and use it durning the week. As jist an example:

Sunday night grill a bunch of chicken breasts, and steam a bunch of rice.

Monday: add chicken to stir fry in a wok and add sesame oil and terryaki sauce or just soy, etc.

Tuesday: chicken tacos where i will shred some of the chicken and warm in skillet with some salsa, throw into some warmed tortillas with lettuce, cheese, avocado etc

Wednesday: may make a “cobb” salad and throw in cubed chicken and other junk.

Etc

Also may do with ground beed on Sunday and make spaghetti, stuffed zucchini, etc where injust add ground beef to.

the basics of most good food is salt, pepper and butter so you should always have that available.

chicken thighs, steaks can be done 3-4 mins each side in a frying pan. ground beef takes 5-6 mins to brown. potatos, pasta, rice is only bout 20mins in boilding water. most packaging tells you how to cook. once you learn the basics you can start improving your spice rack. google simple recipies and follow those.
