Microdosing mushrooms?

Anybody try this? I’ve never tried them but I have only ever heard good things about it on podcasts and documentaries. Seems to greatly benefit a lot of people.

It's a waste of money imo. Use your shrooms to blast off into space for half a day a few times a year.
