Being a Landlord can be a real hustle unless you are a "good" landlord and try to make sure people are at home in the property you own.

I think that you are sadly too far removed from what landlords have to deal with to have a measured and cogent opinion on the matter. Your average landlord is just a crab that worked his way out of the bucket. An easy target, but not the type of person who you should focus your discontentment on.

TBH, I respect a whore who pays her way with they money she fairly earned over a welfare bum. Landlord is taking something that is theirs, and basically giving it up for a cost. Plebs will say "well you have to pay that money anyways" and how you are making money off them for nothing.

Some pleb was talking about that, so I post pics of my MIL suite and say "I could rent it out but I don't want to be one of thsoe making money off people and how I don't want to live with people either.

Rental rates are highly based on supply and demand. Rentcells who are trying to use politicians to make laws against landlords don't realie it but all they are doing is making their rent higher because it's less desirable to rent to people.

The only way I'd rent my property out to someone is for me to really know them and know they are of good character. However, nobody that I know that is like that rents.

Quite the contrary. I'm well aware what landlords have to deal with. The irony is that crabs have no brains, just like many landlords.
