Honestly if I get a job in Manhattan I'll do the same 🤔

Own 2 condos in good areas and currently live in one but the mortgage/taxes/etc. for either is higher than mariomiami's chitty manhattan studio 🤔 and frankly I don't need more than that 😄 I wouldn't want to buy a co-op manhattan studio, let alone at today's mortgage rates 😵‍💫, so I'd only rent it 🤔🤔
