I came in at 180 on Wednesday, im at 171 today. My goal weight is at 159 for March 9th. I wager I will get it. I also drink a gallon of water a day, lift everyday, and intermittent fast at least 20 hours every day.

1. 159 target weight? what is your height?
2. what are you eating for 1,100 calories and 100 grams of protein in a day?
3. realistically you can only lose about 1% of body fat per week.
4. what exactly is your daily workout routine?
5. why are you doing this? an event?
6. it's not sustainable.

why
2:136
Say, ˹O believers,˺ We believe in Allah and what has been revealed to us; and what was revealed to Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, and his descendants; what was given to Moses, Jesus, and other prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them. And to Allah we all submit.

So no one else is smart enough to do the math that 100g protein and 5g of carbs is 420 calories???

There is a grab of carb in a cheese slice, I have 2. And there is another 3 in my protein shake. The rest is protein and fat.

You're gonna wreck your metabolism and test will also crash on such low cals.
“Steroids is now just a word that the lazy and ignorant use to describe any guy that has more muscle and dedication than them”– Mike O'Hearn

"I am like getting the feeling of cumming in the gym; I'm getting the feeling of cumming at home; I'm getting the feeling of cumming backstage; when I pump up, when I pose out in front of 5000 people I get the same feeling, so I am cumming day and night. It's terrific, right? So you know, I am in heaven."

not sustainable/10. You will end up much fatter with a lot less muscle once you go back to normal diet.

So you basically dropped mostly water weight which is how every diet starts. 2 1/2 more weeks to drop 12 more lbs. 2.5 hrs of a bro split just LOL and why?!

Why not just go a week without eating anything
Lifts:
Squat: 460x1
Bench: 400x1
Deadlift: 575x1
OHP: 250x2
Weight: 180 lbs.

Your thyroid is not going to be happy with 5g of carbs a day for 3 weeks.

2.5 hours of lifting with only 100g protein/1100 calories?

If your goal is to shed both fat and muscle then keep it up.

You should never rush weight (fat) loss this way. Make a concrete plan that's manageable and stick with it. I'm currently cutting myself and am giving myself a solid 16 week window with the goal of dropping maybe 10 pounds at most.
*Look at reflection in car window and flex every time crew*
*Use half the roll to wipe after a poo crew*
*Fart in the gym and blame rotten smell on faulty ventilation crew*
*Fart at home and blame it on the dog crew*

OP, you do realise that most of that weight you've lost is water weight, right? Once you go back to eating normal amounts - especially carbs - your weight will shoot up.

This is the thing with keto tards, yes it works for losing fat if you're in a deficit, and you may find it more convenient to stick to one, but a lot of the initial weight loss isn't fat, and will return if/when you go back to eating carbs as a resutl.
