How do you keep from being scammed by fitness experts?

Miscers have told me in the past that I shouldn’t pay money for a fitness book or membership to an online club ran by a former IFBB pro.

When are there exceptions to that rule? Frank Zane has a new book about getting fit in 90 days, but the book is $30

How do you know when NOT to buy someone’s program?

Arnold’s bodybuilding book is like $9 on eBay and it’s legit the only book that I felt I learned anything on srs
