An NBA team today could dominate 90's team
Every position in the NBA now a days can pretty much shoot from three and can handle the ball really well. In the 90's they were pro center and relied on skilled guards. But today, you can rely pretty much on anybody. From every position.

Current era ends up starting a brawl and getting knocked out for acting like soccer players.

they are more athletic today but they are soft. Mentally fragile as well. There's no good rivalries. Anyone will team with anyone. Nobody plays defense. Every night there's some team dropping 140/game. Look at Luka, dude is averaging like 31 8 8 last I checked and yet his team fukin sucks and he's like a dollar store version of LeBron. A complete liability on defense.
But you are a legit retard if you think they are getting dominated.

An Absolute SCRUB by comparison like Rudy Golbert shoots about 70 from the field so could you imagine what a million times more athletic and skilled centers from the 60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s would do?Every position in the NBA now a days can pretty much shoot from three and can handle the ball really well. The 1990 pistons would push any current NBA team’s chit in. Two all time greats in the backcourt in dumars/Isaiah Thomas, great front court in laimbeer/Rodman, deep bench, and a team that loved roughing guys up.
They’d cruise through the playoffs today with no series going more than 5 games

It would depend on what rules they played by.
Assuming you were talking about teams with at least somewhat similar levels of talent, modern teams would usually clean up against retro teams of the 90's and prior. But if they played by 90's rules where players weren't fouled just for breathing in the general area of a star player like Lebron, and the 90's teams would throttle modern teams.

If playing in the early 90's, a modern team would get their asses handed to them.

It really depends on how the 3 point line is treated. If you give modern guys space on the 3 point line they will kill you. 90s post players would destroy modern bigs for sure though. Shaq would be even more dominant than he was which is saying something.

Maybe but todays NBA is completely unentertaining.
For me, the current NBA is unwatchable and I had no issues watching it in the 90s.

You can’t say any team today, but the higher end teams of today > the higher end teams of the 90’s. The 90’s saw a pretty big expansion so there were a lot of diluted teams back then.
Zone defense being allowed is one of the biggest differences and the one pros call out as the hardest shift to play against. The guys who played 90’s and 2000’s ball. This whole rule was changed to try and contain Shaq, but it had no effect on him and only made it harder on everyone else since you could play passing lanes, drop and hedge more.
In the 90’s it was almost always 1 on 1, unless a double team was called, but it had to be fully committed and that would lead to an open man. You can’t sag off of anyone in todays nba.
Hitting someone hard isn’t good basketball regardless of what you say. The mentality of trying to hurt someone because they’re too skilled is weak, and I never got the appeal of that game. Why not just kick a players knee in, or throat punch him? That’s tougher than a windup hit when they’re in the air, so that’s gotta be better defense right?

Todays players would curl up in a tiny little ball and cry to the media and anyone who would listen about the mean trash talk the 90's players said and how physical they were.

I don't know much nor give a chit about basketball, but if playing by 90's rules then the 90's teams would assert dominance over today's soft arse athletes all day long and twice on Sundays. Even a know-nothing like me can see how much more physical the game was back then and how soft them boys is now. Flopping around like they are in the World Cup.
