Is it me or do women ruin businesses (srs thread)

Since we appointed a new female CEO, male management positions started dropping like flies and "for some reason" we only hire women to fill in those positions.
I love women but phuck working with them srs.

It's nothing but drama, everything is a chit test and productivity is ass.
Is it me or do most women ruin businesses?

R&D for a small company that produces nutritional liquids/ powders used for mostly medical purposes/ disease related malnutrition.

Everything is a chit test, women always chit test their bosses and if they're in charge then they just ruin everything as a cry for help for a man to come take over.
