Looks like 21%.

Pretty sure those white counties are dry counties. There’s no shortage of degenerate drunks there either, they just do it under the radar or make their own hooch.

I have an uncle that worked in Iraq in the 80s that told me his Arab buddies would drink in the dark so Allah couldn't see them lol

If this were completely true you'd see a spike in the surrounding counties nearby where alcohol could be purchased but you really don't see that. In general it looks pretty lightly colored across the board in those areas.
