Push yourself enough that you're gasping for air, dripping sweat and might feel slightly nauseous?
At least 3x per week. One of those times, pushing yourself like the above.

Greenz all around gym brahs ^^^
There is always a solution though, remember you have to slowly ease into it and build up your workload
Bloodwork might be on the menu for you as well

Got so tired half way through bulgarian split squats I collapsed, imagined Tom Platz screaming "just one more" and managed to do the extra 3 reps to finish the set earlier so yeah I'd say I push myself hard. The feeling at the end was worth it though ho lee fuk high after that leg workout carried me through today. Also bulgarian split squats fkkn suck

Edit- Poll lookin thick solid tight, I still have my suspicions there's allot of non-gymers here who are polluting the forum with their depression and they don't realize exercise daily will fix most of them

Every session( 4/week), like 2 hours ago.
I laugh at the kids there on phones, never sweating, comfy, and never looking exhausted.
They might as well be at Starbucks, lmao.

Yes, try as hard as I can no matter what. I sometimes feel liek I'm in the same boat at the red above -- I run out of gas sometimes a little too soon. I don't know, maybe it's a diet thing. Eating well enough, but maybe not enough overall?

For sure a must do and once you get into that mode the youthful energy mojo comes back that some people say they're lacking here

Lots of possible variables as to why you feel that way, for me it was properly programming things differently as I got older

Yea I was dealing with nerve issues from my back and neck that were pretty freaky tbh. I'm about 90-95% back to normal though finally.
At least I work a pretty physical job and have still rucked, done physical labor and like postural exercises during that time.

You can also "burn your CNS out"
But I'm noticing ALLOT of people aren't pushing themselves enough, or even doing anything at all yet complaining about how chitty they feel and or lack of results

Yup, 4-5 times a week. I actually feel like sh!t right now after pushing myself with weight lifting, 30 mins of cardio and 10 mins of 180 degree sauna. Feel like my blood sugar has dipped super low and I need a sh!t ton of carbs. I've been cutting pretty hard for the last 2 weeks. (Ded fkn Srs)
