In terms of campy gimmicks cartoonish style 80's and 90's gimmicks it absolutely it was the best gimmick.

Vince had him live the gimmick on the road and stay in character.

When you adjust for inflation from the 80s and 90s, how much was that $400 he gave the pool man?
