It's Suuuuuuunday night, wagecels! Employee appreciation edition!

It's almost over. Only a few more hours of freedom before your ass becomes property of Mr. Noseberg again. lol @ trading 5 days of your life for 2 until you die. That feeling in your chest right now, what do you think it's trying to tell you?

Reminder that corporate profits are at HISTORIC RECORD levels. Many industries have been making dump trucks full of cash since the pandemic. Let's see how they are rewarding their wagies:

Notice that this is only for show, employees aren't allowed to touch it LMAO

Even my friend who's a sports medicine doc hates it now. Every year his owners squeeze him more and more. I think he said they have him down to 16 minutes per average appointment now lol. Then he spends until 10PM every night doing paperwork. Brutal lifestyle.

Fkn lol at all of those pictures.

The closer we approach the uncertainty of life's ending the more we wish to trade all of the things we have acquired in exchange for all of the things we have lost: wealth for youth, knowledge for fresh curiosity, resignation for hope. We'd trade our wisdom for new experiences, but it is wisdom that will teach us that at the end of the road the only new experience is death.

To be fair, most of your economic output (90%+) is captured by Mr. Shekelstein. Your work, your entire existence, is only to buy him yachts and a 4th home in Aspen.

But everyone on welfare definitely appreciates your hard work, too. I hope you get a nice gift!

Man this is brutal

IMO if I could go back and do it over again this should be the goal trajectory if they aren’t born into wealth

Graduate high school
Start a sales job, commission only or small salary with commission focus
Learn, work way up ladder, job hop if the opportunity prevents itself to selling things with larger commissions
Once you’ve peaked and learned what you can, start a side business and put your effort into learning how to be a business owner with minimal time being put into the sales job to pay the bills
Quit job, business becomes main focus, scale

At least with a commission job you’re more in control of what you make

*yawns and stretches*

Just booked a virtual 0800hours meeting for my team, to give some debaucherycels a taste. Anyone who doesn't make it will be docked a full day of vacation leave.

Feels good man. Rent is due in a few days - QUICK REMINDER. I can feel the funds flowing in already, LOL.

I don't have kids, but all my nieces and nephews are getting hardcore red pilled about not wasting their lives being corporate slaves. I already have my nephew helping with the sales side. The age of the wagecel is over for all but a handful of professions.

Yeah that’s awesome, it’s just such a waste. I wasted years of my life wageceling and then when I went into sales and business for myself I literally 5xed what I was doing before and with a more flexible schedule lol

Corporations gonna really have to keep increasing wages to attract people in the coming years I feel

It just takes 2 eyes and a working brain to see that.

Inflation is exceeding wage growth (real wage decline), and inflation structurally cannot slow down now. You either get inflation outrunning wages and people become poorcels, or wages actually try to rise with inflation and kick it into afterburner mode with a wage-price spiral.

The only way out of this is a half decade of balanced Congressional budgets (20% spending cuts), a neutral Fed funds rate (conservatively 8%, which would mean 10-11% mortgages), and the millions of job losses that would follow. That is what it will take to halt inflation and reset the playing field to about the year 2000. Deficit spending and a stimulatory Fed interest rate both just feed the beast.
