Smoked salmon recipes
I bought some smoked salmon from Costco, does anyone know of any good recipes?
I’m thinking of making a scrambled egg and avocado sandwich with Dave’s killer bread, and sticking some smoked salmon into it.

Put some dry rub on it and throw it in the smoker man, until it hits 145. I have used Cherry, apple, and Hickory.

i like classic lox.
or taking a cucumber slice, spreading some cream cheese or goat cheese, adding a piece of smoked salmon, salt, pepper, and dill for garnish.
I've never had smoked salmon in egg, idk something about that doesn't seem right but report back and let us know.

Would recommend/10
I ate my lunch, I toasted some Dave’s killer bread and cooked three large eggs with olive oil.
I cut half a large avocado, and cut a piece of smoked salmon the same diameter as the bread. The eggs warmed up the salmon while I made some pomegranate/cherry drink mix in a cup.
This might not be for some people, but I enjoyed it and will start eating this from now on instead of just eggs and avocado.

I just put it on top of a bagel or rye toast with cream cheese, you can add cucumber, tomato, onion etc.
Or eat it as a the protein in a salad
