Step one: be outgoing but not a douche. If there are activities, participate in them. Contests, participate in them. Put yourself out there.

Step two: have options. Find a few girls first night you're interested in and make the focus even just making out with one of them or more. Alcohol helps. Set up the rest of the week with lots of possible texts and hookups.

Step three: Start going down the list and don't be afraid to next girls who aren't down for whatever right away. You have zero time to waste and don't care if you even see them again.

I also recommend becoming recognizable early.

Be someone big as early as possible.

Be someone so that when a girl sees you in the area the next day she says "you were the guy doing pullups on the streetlight!"

I've hooked up with a chick in Vegas strictly because she recalled seeing me 3 more times after I initially flirted with her and moved on.

It sounds easy to you and me man, but if you and I went to the area with the purpose of not getting layed, we could achieve it.
